Where to start...clean & friendly!! Stairwells are VERY bright and wide - you don't feel claustrophobic at all. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel with stairways like this! The breakfast area was bright and cheery, lots of room and comfortable. Beds were great, and staff went above and beyond. Just can't say enough good about this...
